How rental auctions work

Owner starts an auction
When listing, the owner turns on auction mode and sets a starting bid, minimum increment and end date.
Tenants bid
Signed-in tenants place bids above the current bid until the auction closes.
Owner decides
When the auction ends, the owner reviews the bids and the bidders before agreeing a tenancy.
