Information We Collect
We collect name, email, phone numbers, verified documents (ID proofs, Aadhaar, PAN details for landlords/dealers), property media, browsing searches, favorites wishlists, and subscription billing details.
How We Use Information
To verify property listings, process rental applications, authenticate user login credentials, process transactions, host auction rooms, send price drops alerts, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Information Sharing
Tenant information is shared with landlords only when a rental application is submitted. Landlord details are visible on property listing detail cards. We never sell your personal data to advertising companies.
Data Retention & Security
We retain personal data as long as your Homely user account is active. Documents uploaded for property verification are encrypted using industry standard protocols and stored on secure servers. You can request deletion of your account and associated documents at any time from the account settings dashboard.
Cookies & Analytics
Homely uses browser cookies to remember your dark mode toggles, session states, and browsing history. We also use analytics tools to study traffic patterns and refine page performance.
