Please read these terms carefully before utilizing any features on Homely. By using our platform, you agree to these binding legal terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Homely platform (website, mobile apps, dashboard, features, or support), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease all access and use of the platform immediately.

2. User Accounts & Multi-Roles

Homely supports distinct user account roles (Tenants, Landlords, Property Dealers, Builders, Owners, Brokers, Investors). You agree to provide accurate registration information and designate the appropriate role. Creation of multiple accounts to bypass listing limits or manipulate auction bids is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate suspension.

3. Property Listing Guidelines

Landlords, dealers, and owners who list properties must ensure all information, rent details, locations, deposits, and photos are current, accurate, and not misleading. Homely reserves the right to physically verify property details and documents. We may remove any listing that fails to meet verification standards without prior notice.

4. Bidding & Auction Participation

Active property auctions on Homely require participants to be verified. All bids placed are binding. Tenants agree that winning a bid obligates them to proceed with the rental application process. Bid manipulation, shill bidding, or collusion is prohibited. Homely does not guarantee lease finalization post-auction.

5. Rental Payments & Subscriptions

Subscription fees for Professional or Business plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. Rent payments processed via the platform are subject to payment gateway terms. Homely is not liable for payment delays, gateway failures, or dispute resolutions between tenants and landlords.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to engage in reverse engineering of platform source code, web scraping, automated search querying, shill reviews, harassing owners/dealers, or uploading corrupted media. Any breach of security protocols will result in termination of service and legal escalation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Homely is a technology platform facilitation portal. We do not own, manage, or contract any property listed. Homely is not liable for tenant damage, landlord defaults, contract breaches, deposit disputes, or physical site visit incidents. Users enter agreements at their own discretion.
